Website revenue leak detection

We find where local businesses lose customers — and fix it.

Broken forms, confusing booking paths, outdated trust signals and mobile friction can quietly cost local businesses real customers. We identify the leaks, show you the evidence, and help fix what matters.

Practical fixes. Clear evidence.
No large-agency retainer required.

What we fix

Small website problems can become expensive customer leaks.

For local service businesses where the next call, quote or booking matters.

Broken Booking Forms

Forms that fail, display incorrectly, or create unnecessary friction.

Mobile Conversion Issues

Call, quote and booking actions that are hard to find or use on a phone.

Trust Gaps

Conflicting contact information, outdated content or missing business credibility signals.

Missed Inquiry Paths

Customers have questions, but the site gives them no clear next action.

Outdated Website Content

Expired promotions, placeholder content, broken sections or unfinished WordPress elements.

Local Search Friction

Important business and service information is difficult for customers to discover or understand.

Sample audit

A problem should be shown,
not just described.

A public HVAC website review revealed unfinished details in the customer’s path. The issues below were observed directly; the proposed improvements have not been implemented.

Review widget: average rating N/A · review count 0

  • Generic WordPress title and tagline remained in place.
  • The contact section displayed raw form shortcode, with no service-request fields rendered.
  • The review widget showed N/A and 0. This does not establish that the business has no reviews.

Request service

Use verified review evidence, or omit an unpopulated review widget.

  • Replace the generic browser title with the owner’s business name and service description.
  • Restore the form integration and test validation and delivery before launch.
  • Verify the review integration; populate it with genuine evidence or remove the empty widget.

Not a client engagement. The panels are anonymized reconstructions, not screenshots. Before reflects the public page on the observation date. After is a proposal, not a completed repair or a measured result.

A few useful answers

Before we begin.

Do you need access to my website to audit it?

No. An initial review uses only the public website experience. Access is requested only if you later approve implementation work.

Will you change anything without permission?

No. We do not access or modify a website without the owner’s explicit approval and appropriate access.

Do you rebuild the entire website?

Not necessarily. If a focused repair can solve the problem, we prefer the smaller fix.

Do you only work with HVAC companies?

No. RevenueMender can work with local service businesses where website inquiries, calls or bookings matter.

Are you based in the United States?

No. RevenueMender is based in South Korea and works remotely with businesses.
